You can choose your 30 days at a time or 3 days a month’s or as per your need of Stay in a year, it can be split as per your slots for 30 days in a year.
2 .   Can an owner keep their flat without leasing to society?
Yes they can keep for themselves.
3.    Can an Owner sell/Transfer ownership
• Enjoy ownership. As an owner, you may sell your Flat unit for capital gains or transfer ownership to a family member.

Processing and Administrative Charges
1. First-Time Filing and Processing Charges
A fee of Rs. 25,000 will be charged for first-time filings and processing.
2. Change of Loan Application (Bank/Branch)
If you choose to change your loan application to another bank or branch, an additional Rs. 15,000 will be charged for legal valuation and administrative charges.

16.    what is the cancellation fees on booking ? ,
Cancellation Policy for Flat Bookings
1. Cancellation Within 45 Days
No cancellation charges will be applied if you cancel your booking within 45 days from the date of booking.
2. Cancellation Between 90 and 180 Days
If you cancel your booking between 90 and 180 days from the date of booking, a cancellation charge of Rs. 1,00,000 (One Lakh) will be deducted.
3. Flat Interior Work Completed
If interior work on your flat has been completed, applicable GST will be deducted on the cancellation charges.
4. Interior and Appliances Charges
An estimated cost of 5% on interiors and appliances will be charged on Rs. 4,00,000.
This amounts to an additional deduction of Rs. 20,000 from your booking amount.

17.    what is the Maximum cancellation fees charges on booking ? ,
( Rs.25000 for intial processing, Cancellation Charges Rs.1,00,000/- and GST Rs.20,000/-) Total 1,45,000/-(Additional Rs15000/- if it is processed for second time in another branch Ie 1,45,000 + 15000 = 1,60,000/-
18.    What is the timeline to get refund on booking cancellation amount ? ,
( Important Notice Regarding Flat Bookings and Registrations
Registration Deadline:
If registrations are not completed, all bookings on flats will be considered in default and will be cancelled on April 30th, 2025.
Re-Sale of Cancelled Flats:
Cancelled flats will be available for sale again between May 15th and June 15th, 2025.
Refund of Booking Amounts:
Final settlements and refunds of booking amounts will be processed and paid between July 15th to 15th September, 2025.

Applicants requesting cancellations should send their receipts, a duly signed refund application declaration form, and bank details to marketing@sairaah.in for claims. Do not send receipts, signed forms, or any other documents via WhatsApp for final payment processing.
20.    legal grievances and jurisdiction? ,
( All legal grievances and jurisdiction for these matters will be under Ahmednagar, Shirdi.
